Work Description
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute a one-year loyalty marketing calendar to drive program awareness and participation.
- Content Creation
- Create and manage content for omni-channel communication to support campaign objectives.
- Omni-Channel Marketing & KOL Collaboration
- Execute tailored campaigns across platforms and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify reach.
- Partnership Development
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance program value and campaign impact.
- Performance Analytics
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution.
- Customer Engagement & Retention
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty through personalized communication.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, loyalty programs, or similar roles.
- Proven track record in creating and executing omni-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data tools to measure performance.
- Experience in collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and managing partnerships.
- Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills tailored for multi-platform use.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
