Job Description

  1. Receive incoming CVs and cover letters, and perform initial screening based on the specified qualifications.
  2. Schedule interviews with candidates who pass the initial selection, conduct skill tests or psychometric tests, and manage the administration of psychological test tools.
  3. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth administrative processes, such as joining dates, employment contracts, and new employee documentation.
  4. Report to the superior regarding the progress of the ongoing recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Minimum education is a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possesses good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to analyze workforce needs and identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
  • Familiar with online recruitment systems such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, and others.
  • Has skills in psychometric testing, interviews, and recruitment documentation.
  • Proficient in using psychological testing tools, including testing and scoring.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, schedule interviews, and prioritize tasks.
