Job Descriptions:
- Assist and coordinate with the Head Office IT Team, on protecting, maintaining, and ensuring the IT system is running properly at the Branch Office & Vessel to make sure business processes are not disrupted.
- Execute and implement IT Operations in accordance with SOP or IT policies.
- Handle the problem directly by coordinating in advance with IT Team at the Head Office.
- Network installation with IT Senior Staff.
- Manage and monitor all IT devices which include hardware, software, and other IT devices are running well.
- With the IT team at the head office, conduct system audits or check Hardware & Software devices regularly both at the Site Office and at the Vessel.
- Communicate with vendors to handle problems that arise in a system if they cannot be handled internally.
- Carrying out administrative related IT Assets at the Site Office and Vessel.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum SMK in major TKJ.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have skills in solving problems on all IT devices both in software (Ms. Office, Operating Systems) and Hardware (Printers/Scanners, PCs/Laptops, CCTV).
- Have basic skills in managing networks such as LAN, WiFi / Access Point, Router/Modem, & Cable Cramping.
- Able to organize and administer documents and IT assets well.
- Preferably have a certificate of Computer Skills.
- Can work as a team & individual.
- Can work under pressure.
- Willing to do business trip & placement at site operations.
