About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Staff General Admin to join our team at PT Aktio Equipment Indonesia. In this full-time position based in West Balikpapan East Kalimantan, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document preparation and others general office duties
- Doing daily accounting, tax, including doing the payment to other parties or vendors and receiving funds from customers
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, responsible for creating quotations for sales & marketing departments
- Coordinating delivery unit arrangements and scheduling from Factory to customer
- Assisting with the procurement of office supplies, factory needs and other departments
- Responsible to submit any documents to government, like BPJS and other documents to Related Party
- Responsible for managing the attendance records of employees on a daily and monthly basis
- Responsible for organizing the documentation control of all relevant financial transactions.
- Support the management in any reporting when needed.
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role, minium diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
- Domiciled at Balikpapan or nearby
